Do I need to know Java before joining?

Yes, Spring Boot builds on Core Java. If you are new to Java, we recommend the Java Programming course first, or the Java Full Stack program which covers both.

Will I learn microservices?

This course focuses on building a well-structured application first. Microservices concepts are introduced at a high level; a dedicated program can be arranged on request.

Which database is used?

PostgreSQL, a widely used open-source relational database. The concepts transfer to MySQL and other relational databases.
